Selvas Root is now a mainstay in my home and car/bag for my wife and I. As its a concentrate, they last a long time, providing a great value. The bottle is high quality glass and didnt break after I dropped it! Gargle/swish for as long as I can, then swallow with a glass of water. And on my toothbrush with paste while I brush. Also, topical in cuts, scratches directly.
